Your personal information is held by me (Deborah Hall, Hall of Fame) by way of emails which are sent to and from the client, information stored in a database, paper copies of bridal contracts and digital images that are either taken by me or your professional photographer. I retain all data and bridal contracts for 8 years, after which they are deleted, or printed contracts are destroyed.

I store all above client information in my office. My database accessible solely on my computer, which is only accessible by password.

Online, I have a website and social media pages where images are used with the full consent of you under the terms and conditions listed on my website. You have the right to access any information held by Deborah Hall, Hall of Fame about you, by writing to info@halloffame.uk.com and requesting it. Proof of identity will be required.

You can request to be removed from any data storage as listed above, by writing to info@halloffame.uk.com. In this instance, we are required by law to retain proof of your request, but all other data can be deleted.
